Parking Notice from September 2012

I first received my Parking Notice in September 2012. Over the past several years I have received sporadic letters from the parking company all of which I have ignored.

This week I've received a further letter with supposed photographic evidence and a letter threatening Court.

What i'm wanting to know is is the Parking Notice still valid as it has been over 6 years since first issued? Do they ever become invalid ?

    As long as they don't know who was the driver you do know you are (just) in the pound seats and can ignore everything (except a court claim)?

    the OP has another thread going which says 2010 , not 2012 , so I suggest that they posted twice and got the dates wrong too (lol)

    Whether it is valid will form part of a defence - and we have loads on here. 2012 definitely?
