Who do you submit a complaint to about a travel agent?

Hi guys,
Can anyone help. I have an on going saga with Global travel that they said would take 6-8 weeks to sort back in September. Still waiting and they dont seem to be doing anything. IF im not happy with how the Travel agent is handling my complaint who can complain to independently?

Any advice appreciated :)

    Their parent company appears to be dnata so you could escalate your complaint to them if you don't get anywhere.

    But if you explain what you are complaining about people may have a better idea of the most appropriate complaint route.

    The Global Travel Group are an umbrella company. The Global agencies are franchises. You can complain to Global Travel about one of their members.

    The Dnata group bought Stellar Travel Services e.g Global Travel, Travel2, Sunmaster, Travelbag and Triton Rooms in September 2014.
