Hello,
My £250 Quidco for Virgin has not tracked. I have raised a claim. However if I cancelled and re-ordered with Topcashback (who I never have problems with) with I still be eligible for cashback?

If Virgin have already signed you up, you would be an existing customer if you cancelled and re-signed.
Unless Virgin allowed this I would suggest no; you would not get the cashback.0
