in Credit cards
Hi, new to the forum, thought I'd give it a go.
Il wanting to knows which credit car don would need to get for my requirements .
I have some money on my credit card, at say 30% APR, and I'm planning on getting back a new credit car s with 0% APR on balance transfers for 42 months etc.
But I have a Loan which I got with a certain company, and the APR is 53% APR, is there's a credit card that I can use to Pay off the loan so the interest is 0% if say I can pay it off in 24 Months? Or is that a money transfer which I can get at 0%?
Sorry I'm newbie to all this switching etc.
Conclusive is I'm wanting to pay off my loan with a credit card for better APR, what type one do I need that's 0 % APR as I'm confused with the different type:o

You are better off paying off the loan if possible, you need to use the MSE eligibility checker for a card which offers money transfers at 0%

Would it work out cheaper paying off the loan? I have about a year and a half of the loan left at £160 a month , but my settlement was £2200, but if I was to pay £260 a month at 0% money transfer it would take 9 months?0

You will save more by paying off the loan than the card, as the APR is higher.0

Looking at the high rate of your existing card & loan I don't know that you would get a money transfer card with enough of a limit to pay the loan off...Dwy galon, un dyhead,
