@wealdroam yes i read it. I understand it's something the credit card company does to get your money back but beyond that i don't know the ins & outs.
@daytona0 yes it really does. why that emoji? Feel free to view the website. I'm sure you'll see the red flags if you go looking hard enough but when it says UK in the title, it appears in English, it's in English money & it says it's going to deliver to you within the next few days not next few weeks then i'm thinking it's English.
Why don't i go to CEX? Because personally i think they're a rip off. Ok yes i've been ripped off now but this was after the purchase. At least CEX show you before you purchase that they're ripping you off (my opinion). For example - i was looking at some goods to buy & let's say they were £50 brand new on Amazon from the official seller (so in this case it'd be Nintendo), on CEX it was something like £47 for second hand. Why would anyone pay that when they can get brand new for only £3 more? Yes i know you could flip it on my case but that's why i didn't buy from CEX.
As for why don't i keep it, well because i already have one fake which i bought as a fake. I wanted the official thing so keeping it kinda doesn't solve that.
@JReacher1 is it legal to send counterfeit goods, even if returning?0
