Recommended carpet cleaner? Professional standard

We have an old dog with multiple health issues (which are as well managed as they can be), which means inevitable accidents in the house. Cream carpets are proving a nightmare! Can anyone recommend a professional / commercial quality carpet cleaner / shampooer?

I'm happy to pay quite a bit as long as it's good quality. We had a Bissell Proheat Select 2x for a few years, and that was OK. It died earlier this year right when our dog's health deteriorated. So we bought a Bissell Powerwash Premier, and it was rubbish from the get go - leaking, putting too much water down, not doing a good job of lifting stains, etc. To their credit, Bissell refunded in full when we'd had it days over 6 months and the leaking had just gotten ridiculous. But now I'm disillusioned with Bissell, and wonder what else is out there.

So, what to buy now? Wondered if any BTL landlords were on here and might have something they use?

No animals in this household but I do have a teenager who rarely takes his shoes off and we have cream carpet. It's coming up for six years old and is still going strong. We clean it every six months with a Vax and I can't recommend it highly enough. It's this one:
