Starting a clothing line is a goal for me,

So, what have you done about this?

You don't need huge resources to get enough cloth (and a sewing machine if you don't already own one) to make one off garments for yourself or occasionally on commission as you manage to earn a reputation. Or maybe you already spend your evenings and weekends doing this.
But a banker, engaged at enormous expense,
Had the whole of their cash in his care.

In the future I would like to help the less fortunate in whatever way I can and make a difference to the world, but that's a long term aim.
You could look for jobs within charities, although for most admin jobs you'd probably find Maths and English Grade C or above OR EQUIVALENT would be required. Or there are support workers, although some of them require experience which you might have to gain by volunteering (depends on the client group).

Absolutely! Many of us indulge our passions out of work and keep our heads down while we're at work.

And once skilled enough at those passions, recognised as skilled, and business minded some do manage to turn the passions into full time self employment. A friend of mine did exactly that as a seamstress and designer - she is extremely good!
