BW Legal SRA Complaint; any progress?

I did head my letter formal complaint, however i headed all previous letters formal complaint also.
A bit concerned that to the "rookie judge etc" this letter makes em look reasonable, hohum

They have to go through the formality, it would not take up to 8 weeks, it's just passed from desk to desk in between tea breaks.

They will not say they did anything wrong as that could open the doors.

Enjoy the 4-8 weeks and return here when they are back on your case

I got pretty much the same response from BW Legal, today got my response from the CSA, pretty pointless, nothing from SRA yet, although reading above, I guess I better not get my hopes up. BW Legal have been rather quiet though too. Not heard anything since July from them.
