    Tel Aviv nightlife is very busy, so plan on that. Also visit Jaffa, right next to Tel Aviv for the old Arab town. Jerusalem will be interesting, lots of religious sites to see, so address more modestly if your female. Not sure the Dead Sea is worth a trip in such a short time.

    I shall second Jaffa which I'd (incorrectly) class as a district of Tel Aviv.

    You should definitely visit a market or two whilst you're there. I'm not into shopping at all but I've had some lovely meals at shacks in markets in Tel Aviv.
