1. THE PROMOTER
1.1 The promoter is: Thomas Cook Airlines Limited whose principal address is Hangar 1, Western Maintenance Area, Runger Lane, Manchester Airport, M90.

2. THE COMPETITION
2.1 The title of the competition is “Hello USA quiz”.
2.2 By entering our competition you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”). The competition runs from January 16th 2017 to midnight on January 31st 2017.
2.3 You are not eligible to enter this competition if you are an employee or a close relation of an employee of Thomas Cook Airlines Limited or any parent, subsidiary or associated company.
2.4 You acknowledge and agree to abide by the rules, regulations, terms and conditions for this competition as determined by the Promoter (the “Rules”) and you acknowledge that the Rules may be changed (including without limitation verbally) at any time by the Promoter in their sole discretion. The Promoters’ decisions regarding all elements of the competition shall be final and binding.

3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 Complete one of our USA city quizzes by answering questions on one of our seven destinations.
3.2 Provide your full name and a valid email address.
3.3 You may enter as many times as you like, all entries will count in the draw.
3.4 The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries.

4. ELIGIBILITY
4.1 The competition is only open to residents in the UK aged 18 years or over, except: (a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies; (b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or (c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
4.2 In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
4.3 The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition.
4.4 All decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the choice of winner or prize allocated.

5. THE PRIZE
5.1 The prizes are three return economy flights for two people to one of our seven featured USA cities from Manchester with Thomas Cook Airlines. Flight dates exclude school holidays and Christmas/New Years. Winners may choose the destination of their choice from Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Miami, Orlando, New York, Boston or our new route this summer to San Francisco. Flights must be booked by Feb 28th 2017 and used by Dec 31st 2017. Also included in each of the three prizes is £1,000 spending money per pair of flights to use in your local Thomas Cook retail store. Spending money can only be used on accommodation in the US or US dollar currency.
5.2 Prizes are subject to availability. There is no cash alternative for the prize.
5.3 The prizes are not negotiable or transferable.

6. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
6.1 The winners will be announced on the Promoter’s Twitter account shortly after the competition ends. The winner will be contacted by email.

7. CLAIMING THE PRIZE
7.1 If you are a winner of one of the prizes, you will have 2 (two) days from the notification date to claim the prize by responding to the Promoter through the channel you were informed on. If you do not claim the prize by this date, your claim will become invalid.
7.2 The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
7.3 The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.
7.4 The winner must be one of the people on the winning flight.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

9. DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY
9.1 If you are the winner of the competition, you agree that the Promoter may use your name, image and town or county of residence to announce the winner of this competition and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.
9.2 By entering the competition, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the competition entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition.
9.3 By taking part in this competition and selecting ‘Sign me up to the Thomas Cook Airlines newsletter’ you agree to share your information with Thomas Cook Airlines for direct marketing purposes. Your data will not be shared with any third parties. Your information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. GENERAL
10.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
10.2 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
10.3 These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
