The fees quoted for the work done do seem very similar to the prices charged by the typical small local firm. With a bit of shopping around, you would be able to find a local accountant who would charge the same or less for the service being offered.
NB note that they don't appear to be professionally qualified as there is no mention of them being chartered or certified etc, so they may not be insured against their mistakes, may not be undertaking continued professional development courses, and may not being subject to monitoring by a governing body.
BUT watch out for the extras - most small accountants wouldn't charge any more for the following "extras" mentioned on their site:-
"ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Balance Sheet added to trading profit and loss account. (Only applicable to larger businesses.) £200 + VAT
Reference for bank, building society, landlord, Class 2 exemption form and completion of student grant applications. £35 + VAT
Simple income projection / estimation and covering letter. £50 + VAT
Completion of National Insurance Class 2 exemption form and correspondence relating to back dated claims. £50 + VAT
Additional Tax Returns. £75 + VAT"0
