I think you'll just have to let your buyer down. The costs for you to go into rented are just too high. They'd be daft to pull out before they've found something else (pref. w/o chain). Why don't you explain to them re mortgage release fees ? People are usually more patient if they understand the reasons for whatever happening.The word "dilemma" comes from Greek where "di" means two and "lemma" means premise. Refers usually to difficult choice between two undesirable options.
Often people seem to use this word mistakenly where "quandary" would fit better.0 -
What if six months down the line you struggle to find a house? Having been in the same situation as you, we felt it was morally wrong to keep our buyers waiting so we went into rented. You need to review the situation but set yourself a deadline as to when you will draw the line0
