I've just sent a Section 75 claim in to Barclaycard because Motorola have refused to give me a refund for a faulty phone - long story.

It can vary but if you haven't received a response within 8 weeks, you can then refer your complaint to the financial ombudsman - so I'd expect to hear from them before that.You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0
