Problems with black box (more than)

Is this a common problem? Do others watch the times on their journeys?

Doesn't seem to be a "scam" if there is a problem with the box which they accept and say they will fix.
I would however write to them (yes write, pen and paper) and complain about this causing the poor scores, mark the envelope as "complaint" and get free proof of postage from the PO to register your issue so you can point to that issue if there is a problem later like they try and cancel the policy for "bad driving"Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

I had a similar problem with my granddaughter's black box through a company called Marmalade.
There is a site called MissCar which can help with blackbox problems for both males and females, despite the old and misleading name!0 -
The boxes are a scam, they are unreliable and often punish people unfairly.0

Link to the evidence of this claim? All matter is merely energy condensed to a slow vibration, we are all one consciousness experiencing itself subjectively, there is no such thing as death, life is only a dream, and we are the imagination of ourselves.0 -
Prove they are reliable.0

So you don't have a link then...All matter is merely energy condensed to a slow vibration, we are all one consciousness experiencing itself subjectively, there is no such thing as death, life is only a dream, and we are the imagination of ourselves.0 -

Classic burden of proof fallacy, make a claim then expect others to disprove it, rather than prove it.
If they are unreliable then what evidence do you have to show this?Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
