      1. Sorry as a new user you are not allowed to post with links. This is done to stop spammers clogging up the site. Please edit your message below to continue.
    1. yup , so you need to "disguise" the link

!: do not use the box to insert link or the box to insert image

get your dropbox link address and simply paste it on an empty line , removing any boxes and change http to hxxp

a file starting in http , copy / past to your reply and change http to hxxp

    6. alas I also cannot upload it , but a regular will be able to ,
    7. I can see a parking sign on the wall , and can also see a clearly defined kerb and bollards ,

1: what did the shopkeeper say when you went back?

2: I think a search at land registry may come in handy here , you will need a search for the property (shop) and also the roadway , I suspect that the PPC is only authorised to patrol the shop area
    8. We have not confronted the shopkeeper as yet, but plan to do so this weekend.

I have the shop address. entered it on the land registry .gov site. no records held for that particular property no.

There are records for nearby properties, it looks as if you have to pay £3 to see them.

Looking at the sign... how could you read that with your feet on the ground?!?!
