So update here. I phoned the court as i received my notice of allocation to court papers.. blah blah. The phone call was just for an update their end to see if there had been any updates from Link Parking. On the NOA papers, the dates were that of by 16:00PM by 18th August they must pay the court fee's of £25.The female on the phone stated that no fee had been paid and was most likely to strike out the claim on these grounds. Two days later, low and behold, a letter stating the claim has been struck out!!.
Another fine result for keen motorists who persist at saying screw you parking firms.
So many thanks to all who aided me in this!! Much appreciated.0 -

Cost order? Turn your own screw? Do some research.

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Great!
As Umkomaas says, now you can simply (with one letter) apply for your 3 figure costs, as your sweet revenge:
http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showtopic=115128
Read the poster's recent posts on that pepipoo link - he is now claiming his costs; this isn't a claim, nothing hard, it's just ONE letter to the court, asking for costs, as per the examples in that link.
No risk, you'll either get costs or you won't, and they have certainly acted in a way that you can paint as 'vexatious and wholly unreasonable'.
:TPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
