Balance Transfer Error

I recently order a tesco card and was doing a balance transfer when I was activating card from the other card to the new tesco card. However I did not realise that I had already requested this on the application. I have contacted tesco about this as soon as I seen that and they were able to delete the second transfer. However it has not showed up on the both card statements that it was deleted
