Pension setup via NEST

Hi all,
Just trying to get my pensions for my 2 employees set up with NEST and can't get past the account setup screen...
I input all the details and then it just says system is experiencing problems.
I've been on the phone to them, live chat, cleared history and cache, used a different device and different browsers but nothing works.
Has anyone else had problems like this?? Talk about trying to make it easy!!!
