Help Holiday Cottage Let

Hi, just want to ask a bit of advice!
Last night, I booked a holiday cottage let, 3 nights for £30.00.
Obviously I thought this was too good to be true!
I received a summary email & then a confirmation, stating the deposit I paid & when balance is due by.
This morning I received another email saying the holiday had gone through at an incorrect price, it should be £481.40, could I contact them to pay the correct deposit.
Do they have to honour that booking at £30.00?
I don't want to just cancel if there are chances I can go away that cheap
Thanks in advance

Advertised where/how? Booked how?
What do the T & Cs say about cancellation (either side)?
On the one hand I agree with david - you knew it was too good to be true.
On the other hand I made an online puchase last Black Friday which was also 'too good to be true' but which I'd put down to BF discounting. It took a lot of arguing but eventually the seller honoured my purchase of a mis-advertised product.
But the amount involved was less than in your case.0 -

Why would you think it's ok to take advantage of someone who made a mistake?
Would you be happy if the situation were reversed?Money won't buy you happiness....but I have never been in a situation where more money made things worse!0 -
It will boil down to the terms and conditions. Whether there are clauses allowing the other party to cancel in the case of a mistake etc. Without seeing the terms it is hard to really advise you.
At the least, you should be able to get your deposit back.0
