Hello everyone.
I'm a researcher at Newcastle University and I'm looking to talk to people about their experiences of accessing and using short-term credit products online.
Short-term credit products might include payday loans, guarantor loans or doorstep loans accessed online. These products could have been accessed via any digital device, like a smartphone, laptop, PC or tablet.
We’re interested in finding out which credit products you have used, or attempted to use, and how important digital devices were in accessing the credit. This will help us to understand how digital devices are changing the credit market and impacting people’s everyday lives.
Discussion will last between 45 minutes and 1 hour and take place at a time and place convenient to you, either face-to-face or by telephone. All interviews will be confidential and anonymised and you will be entitled to receive a report outlining the key findings of the research at the end of the project.
Participants will receive a £20 shopping voucher as a thank you for their involvement in the research.
