keepcalm - In particular we're interested in exploring the ways in which digital devices matter to people's experiences of accessing credit. So for example, the spaces and times within which people are able to apply for a loan, research different lenders, check accounts, etc, and what this experience is like. I think that's one way that this research builds on work that has gone before? Hope that helps.
