Warm home discount lost application.

Hi, exact same thing happened to me with OVO. Got the email saying it was time to apply, according to the terms i'd have qualified as part of the 'broader' group, so I filled it in and submitted it online the same day.
Didn't get an email but it do remember it having a message like 'application submitted' or something.
Didn't think any more of it but decided to phone last week as I hadn't heard and they said I hadn't applied...could understand if they said I was too late or something but seemed a bit harsh.
Still, we always get by and I didn't have it in first place so I can't miss it I suppose :)

I'm also currently with ovo and receivedad a email in oct with a link to a questionnaire.

I just decided to contact ovo today to find out what's happening as I have not received a response from them.

They inform me that I have no application with them. I find this extremely frustrating because I'm on low income with a 4 months old baby.

I'd love to know what I can do about this if anything at all
