Support through litigation

Hi
I had an accident in 2011 which essentially left me disabled. I ended up losing my job which caused significant financial hardship for myself an family. As a result I ended up making a claim for compensation due to the TBI i suffered. During the claims process I was considerably stressed out and overwhelmed with the process.
My claim finally settled four and a half years later. Eighteen months on I have decided to create a support service for others who are going through the process.
Has anyone been through a similar situation and felt they would have benefitted from some form of support? I'm trying to establish whether there is a real need for a support service for others like me.

when you say your suffered TBI - are you referring to a trauma brachial plexus injury?
if so, there is actually a support group which supports people in a variety of ways as well as with the legal process.
