wrong mattress sent seller ignoring all communication

Hi
Bought a mattress from beds.co.uk. Looks like a good company till you read the reviews!
Its supposed to be free next day delivery, however with Christmas and New Year it took them 2 weeks. I had arranged for someone to wait in for it and when I came home there it was in my hallway. However it had the wrong address on, and looks really poor quality. After being put on hold for 30 mins, they apologised and said we'll send the right one out. I arranged to be at home but they never showed up. Have sent them several emails all have been ignored. I bought through paypal so have put in a claim for this, and chose full refund instead of replacement
I have since bought a mattress from elsewhere, but still have this giant one in my hallway! I'm wondering how long do they have to collect it, and if they do show up with my mattress can i refuse to accept it?

Send them a final email saying they have XXX days to collect it or you will dispose of itEx forum ambassador

Do not dispose of it, you are actually responsible for ensuring it is kept safe. However do contact them and demand a response and action within a given time period. Make sure you say it is not what was ordered and is being rejected.IITYYHTBMAD0
