Hello
I hope a simple (But important) question
Just completing the Directions questionnaire for my claim. Have followed the super instructions on this forum
As the keeper of the vehicle, I have multiple witnesses that can confirm I was not at the place of the alleged parking violation
In 'D3' on this questionnaire i've currently marked '1' (just myself). But can I get a handful of statements from others and submit these (when the time comes), or do all these witnesses then have to turn up to court as well?
Just submitting the statements would be ideal!

If this question is related to your other thread, then you should post there for continuity, not start a new thread with no background information.

It is related to that. But its a point of process rather than a specificity of my case
Figured it could help folks get this info more proactively (thru searching, subject heading etc), in the future0 -
Unless the other side is willing to accept the statements without challenge (which may be unlikely), then the statements will be given little or no consideration in their own right.
The people giving statements should attend court so that they can be cross examined and their evidence tested.0 -
If they do attend and you win, that may be able to claim some expenses (not a fortune but the PPC have to pay it).You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
