Bonded resin driveway

Does anyone have any experience of resin drives and patios? We have had a quote from a company of £6500 (down from £8500) to do our drive, front garden, paths and patio. It's a large area so the cost doesn't really surprise us but we are unsure about the durability of the bonded resin and the method of laying it. The…

We recently had our driveway done with resin bonded solution by Resintop but difficulty and cost comes on the surface they lay it on typically it requires a resurfacing as the base coat which is the expensive bit, the choices and colours are great here is what mine looked like before and after:

Block paving is a fraction of the price but resin bonded is non-slip and typically lasts longer we couldn't be happier.
