Scotland

Hi, Can anyone recommend a cheap place to stay in Scotland, trying to arrange a fab weekend for my b/f an I on a very cheap budget. Grateful for any advice.

  • Where do you want to go. Why not have a look at Travelodge website and see if you can pick up some cheap accomodation there. They still have some £15 and £26 rooms left.

    We went around Loch Lomond area last time, it was a spur of the moment camping trip, so would like to go there again ...

    I take it you're not planning to camp at this time of year ;)

    loads of lovely places to stay round there. I'd imagine at the tail end of the season there will be lots of deals around.

  • Hehe no not planning on camping this time of year! was bad enough in the heat with the midges.....

    thanks for all your help, some good deals on travel lodge, never seen them before.....only thing is you need to book 21 days in advance, we was hoping to go this weekend.... will keep up ma search, thanks again everyone

  • You could stay in Glasgow and then travel in to Loch Lomond, it's not far. Glasgow has loads of hotels and such like, or there is the Euro Hostel.
