i have 22k to put in an account.im a bit green with accounts but i want one where i can draw some money out at any time without being penalised interest wise ie every month.i also need it to be an online account.any advice would be appreciated thank you

If you haven't done so you could also put £3k into an ISA.
If you know that of that £22k you aren't likely to need access to £Xk of it at all you could also look at putting it in a fixed term bond, you'd get a higher return, but would have to pay an interest penalty on any withdrawals.0
