Blue Badge Renewal

My council's website just says to renew online, or toeail them for alternative ways to renew the Blue Badge.

I emailed them last week, but no reply so far.

Could anyone possibly explain to me how to scan and send a photo and other evidence needed?

I have an HP all-in-one printer, scanner and photocopier so might be able to scan and send if anyone has an idiot proof step by step guide!

If you have a smartphone then get someone to take your pic with it. Then email the pic to yourself. Then go on your computer, open the email and save the pic. Then you can upload the saved pic onto the application system.

Haven't got a smartphone...but thanks anyway. I went to the council one stop shop today and got it sorted.

They said the Blue Badge will be with me in 5 to 7 working days
