Card exchange

Options
Hi, I have a Sainsbury's card I do not use, it was a 0% that I used and paid off in full before the end of the 0% offer. Sainsbury's have a new card at present 0% for 27 months and you can do a balance transfer at 0%.
What are my chances of getting Sainsbury's to change my unused card for the new purchase card, I have sent an e mail asking if it's possible but will probably be waiting a few days for an answer.
Thanks in advance for any answers

It doesn't work like that. Not that I've ever heard of anyway. You need to apply for the other card as normal. Once it is opened, if you aren't happy with the credit limit, a lot of people have reported asking for the old one to be closed and the limit from that to be amalgamated with the new one.
