Claim Form received - Gladstones - Need help!!!

Hi,
Apologies if this is a waste of time, I have no idea how to deal with this. Please note I have read the Newbies thread and I am still lost.
I was parked in a private car park provided for residents of the particular flats the parking resides. This was issued 11/10/2016
I received a PCN on my windscreen claiming the vehicle was parked on private property in a manner where the driver agreed to pay a parking charge as displayed on the signage at the site. The issue reason is for No Permit.
I have since received correspondence from Gladstones in reference of a claim form from the county court business centre.
I know from what I have read that I need to complete the Acknowledgement of service to give myself further time.
I am unsure how to proceed and would like advice?
Thanks in advance

Are you the leaseholder or tenant? If so were you parked in your own space? If so, what does your lease/AST say about parking, (exact words please). You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

The ticket was on my car windscreen. There are several signs placed around the site but upon entrance these are higher than viewing level. Inside site there are further signs more noticeable. Company is Parking And property management LTD. NTK was received but disregarded. I did also receive a letter before claim but again disregarded. I also did not keep these letters. A mistake it seems from what I have read.
This isn't the only ticket I have received. I have received others however want to challenge this still.
What options do I have?0 -
answer the questions , WHEN did you receive the NTK?

I do not remember. Would have been in December. I opened the letter, looked at it and through it away. Would have been slightly over 28 days from receiving the notice.
I remember each ticket received and this was the first. I have others that I have received NTK for.0 -
11/10 +minimum of 29 days(8/11)to send you a NTK + 28 days for you to reply (6/12) + 14 days for a letter before action takes you to 20/12
what date did you receive the NTK?
if you are saying the NTK was recieved in december , then gladstones are acting illigally
all comes down to the date of the NTK , as well as fillingh paperwork in , you need to comntact the DVLA to see the date your info was applied for ,Save a Rachael

I will call DVLA and check this. If I'm honest I am unsure when it was received. I assumed it would go away and just binned the letters.
Thank you. I will check and come back to you0 -

You will have to write to the DVLA - they want to see your name, address and signature. Read this before writing.
