Active credit card disappeared from Experian report

Hi all,
Strange thing happened yesterday, I realised that one of my active credit cards (open for over 10 years, no defaults, use it for everyday purchases, including earlier today) has vanished from my Experian report completely.
It's as if it never existed - no history, not showing "settled", nothing. Anyone ever come across this before?
I have a different "zero percent" card that uses up about 95% of the available credit, but including my regular card my average percent was around 40%. It also now seems that my average age holding credit is 18 months instead of 5 years... problem I have is that I'm submitting a mortgage application on Monday, so it's going to look like I'm in a worse financial position than I am (despite no defaults) which worries me slightly.
Anyone shed any light or assistance on how to go about resolving this?!
Thank you

Call Experian and ask them whats up. Also, are you paying the silly money for Experian service? If so, save yourself 15 quid and cancel it at the same phone call, settle for statutory report once in a while instead0

Hi, yes I paid £15 to get my credit report as I am paying large amounts off credit cards at the moment,, so for a short period of time it's convenient to have "instant" access to my report every few days. When I apply for the mortgage I want to make sure I declare exactly what is on my credit file - I did a DIP 5 months ago on a previous purchase that fell through, and because there were discrepancies between balances on my report and the actual "live" balances, the lender (well known high street institution) queried it, which was annoying and time consuming. So £15 well spent on this one occasion in my eyes
And thank you, I will contact Experian when they reopen on Monday0 -
Yes I had a similar thing happen once, not on a live account, but an old defaulted one, the account was no where near the six year mark, but it vanished, like yours, no history or anything.
I didn't bother chasing it up, as it was included in my IVA, but I agree, very strange.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
