This really should start out as a vent board thread but the outcome is very fair. Last Sunday lunch time we tried opening one of the new style ring pull cans of corned beef. Could we open the damm thing? no! :mad: it took 2 of us to try and pull the ring pull bit back which decided to snap itself off 
. So after fighting with an electric can opener and realising this really was not a good way to open it as there was a very sharp jagged egde appearing we threw it in the bin :mad: . i was so annoyed that i sent an email to Princes complaing about this, never done this before :eek: Anyway to cut a long story short this morning i received an apology through the post and £4 worth of vouchers :T So, thank you to Princes food for listening to its customers, and for good customer service :A
