Hi. Just a thought. My managing agent did tell me there was going to be work and that I could submit a quote: I didn't organise this; I would have needed access to another flat and to take time off work. Does this mean that the managing agent didn't need to get more than one quote or need to consult me further. I think he did neeed to and indeed he said he would but didn't. Just wanted to check that I'm right before I talk to him about this. Thank you
