Just tried to apply for a Barclaycard travel-friendly Visa from the MSE best buys.
Didn't get any further than the home phone number field as I don't have one and it's a mandatory field.
Are they all like this?

If a home phone number field is mandatory I just enter my mobile number. I could find out my landline number but as there's no phone connected to it there's little point.0

They would lose quite a few new customers if a landline number were required. Home phone means a mobile number if that's what you use, i.e. not work number etc.Evolution, not revolution0

If you use your mobile at home, then your mobile is your home number. That's how I justify it!0

Yeah I was confused because there were both mobile and home fields of which only home was mandatory. So as suggested putting the mobile number in the home field and leaving mobile field blank was accepted. Thanks.0
