Previous Letters Sent to Creditors / Information Request Template

Hi Guys. I written on here previously regarding those alleged 'cowboys' (in my opinion) called Blemain Finance. I have reported them to the ICO for not placing the correct info on my credit reports (never placing an account on Default). Moving forward, the ICO has asked me to supply them details of all previous letters I've sent to Blemain and their responses to me. I cannot locate the replies and the letters I originally sent are all on an external hard disk that is no longer working. Is anyone aware of any templates I can use where I request that Blemain send me copies of all correspondence over the previous 8 years since my Bankruptcy. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thank you
Thank you

You don't need a template.
Just write them a letter with your request for a SAR, enclosing your £10.0 -
Hi there,
I also think the Subject Access Request would be the answer. We have a sample letter for this request (if needed) - https://www.nationaldebtline.org/EW/sampleletters/Pages/Personal-information-under-the-Data-Protection-Act-%28sole-name%29.aspx
