An interesting slant on private parking charges.

While I can appreciate his view ... everybody else has to pay any parking charges, or suffer any other parking inconveniences, at random times and on various dates, no matter what their religions.
Many hearses have picked up tickets, or been required to pay for parking, when transporting the deceased to their final resting spots ... which is a little harsher than the requirements of a "self appointed nutter wants to act odd in old place" imho.0 -
So this delusional idiot has not been "fined" or had a scummy PPC parking charge, he just objects to being reincarnated in the 21st Century where his substitute charger now has to pay to be tethered on land that a charitable organisation is trying to preserve.
He was not actually charged anything to pray at all, I suspect that old Art might come off worse here and more out of pocket!0
