Hello there.. I've posted on a few FB groups but haven't quite got a clear cut answer.. So wondering if any of you could kindly give n your expert guidance..Thanks
On the 12th of April my 6 year old son had a nasty traumatic accident where his left leg came under a car wheel and the lower leg was completely crushed..We were rushed off to The Royal Manchester children's hospital..They operated On him straight away and his leg was fitted with pins. As you can imagine this was a very difficult time for us.
We were in hospital for nearly 2 weeks and had to sleep over at the Ronald McDonald house..anyway we managed to obtain one of those hospital permits when suddenly we were slapped with a fine..I can't remember how much the initial fine was I will have to dig hard..Anyway we thought this was very unfair and the hospital staff told us that the parking charge company wasnt legit..Civil enforcement Ltd
We came home and received a first letter..I ignored it because I was told they would go away! A second letter came from ZZPS on the 17 August 2016.. A 3rd letter from Wright Hassall solicitors on 21 Nov ember 2016 and again the same solicitors 8 December 2016..
What do I do? Do I carry on ignoring or do i respond?? Please help your advice is needed :T

Read up the newbies faq thread to understand the "game" you are involved in.
You have left it too long to appeal, so wait and see if you get any court claim (come back for advice on your defence if you do)
In the meantime keep on at the hospital to get it cancelled0 -
You ignore debt collector letters.
You ignore letters from solicitors acting as or for debt collectors.
You keep complaining to the hospital, PALS your local MP, Mrs May, and inform the local press what is going on.
What you don't do is pay. Come back for more help here if you get a real letter before claim or real court papers.
I hope your son made a good recovery.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -

Post #4 of the NEWBIES thread?
I never give links as it is important that newbies learn how to navigate the forum. BUT:
See my signature below for where to click to get to page one, NEWBIES thread being near the top, read post #4 of it about ignoring debt collectors.
If you get a court claim, you will need to read the section 'Small Claim?' in post #1 of the NEWBIES thread and reply here again to get more assistance - we have a huge amount of success with defences.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD0 -
The link works fine that you provided but this post 4 everyone keeps banging on about please could you share the link?0
