Ex wants profit from house

If you give up, you have lost.
If you fight, you might win.
Contracts do not have to be signed to be enforcable. You can agree to a contract verbally. It is harder to prove but you have something from a mediator who you could potentially call on to back you up.
Hi, thank you and yes I do have all the original mediation documents, do you think these would stand in the courts as I am thinking they will say she had to pay to live somewhere else too. Even though she is on benefits and only works a few hours each week. Also she had me speak to the housing benefit team to verify she would never have no profit from the house as this would have affected her housing benefit claim. She is very clever though, she wants the money transferring into her bank but saying it is for our daughter. I suggested part of it go into our childs trust fund but she point blank said no ?0 -

Just say that if it's for your daughter, you will keep it safe for her.0
