Balance Transfer - No interest with fee or low interest no fee

I have around £2k on a zero interest card which ends next month.
I have a second card I intend to transfer the balance to. They offer either zero interest with a 3.5% fee, or 5.6℅ interest with no fee.
I plan to pay back over 10 months so I think the no fee option would be best.
Looking for a second opinion, or a recommended interest calculation I could use to work out the interest charged over 10 months on a declining balance?
