Halifax or Sainsburys 0% no fee balance transfer?

Hi,looking to transfer a £5000 M&S credit card debt. Have used Halifax before and cleared a debt,account now closed. They have 26 months 0%,but 49% of people will be offered 13 months. Never used Sainsburys,anyone any idea who would be best or who would give a higher limit? Thanks in advance
