No idea how to help but thanks for the insight into the background of how these despicable amateurish Muppets operate, it just confirms what we already think.
I'm sure it will be helpful reference for others too!

Are there any CPM signs in the car park? If so remove them, that will stop them issuing any more tickets. Do the signs and camera have the necessary permissions?

I am a great believer in fighting fire with fire, their actions are losing you customers, if they take you to court let them and counter claim.

Do you not have a solicitor?
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
  • We know that not one of these tickets will be upheld in court. They will most likely be struck out by the judge prior to a hearing. To be fair our customers are being good, not giving in and are willing to fight with us. We have said we will attend any hearing if it went that far and we will provide them with substantial evidence.
  • We do have a solicitor of course and they have written to CPM.

umm , yes but you broke the contract , I said paper/card as a method of "temporary" disablement , 842 trips to your site to find the vandal , would have annoyed them to the point that you could have sued them for failing in their contract to provide a service

parking eye v summerfield , PE won that case , read up the reasons why ,

I doubt many will be struck out. Hearings are also a lottery so some people with weak defences will lose.

    Good.

I do hope you have only edited out your first post because you are (perhaps, I don't know) getting free advice from the BMPA.
