Did you actually pay? Who did you give money to? They scan the order documentation when you pay, that's how the system knows your order has been paid. Reading your posts you went to pay but paperwork was then taken away for a discount to be applied to. As you say paperwork wasn't returned then you can't have paid. Surely you didn't pay the non-discounted amount by cash and then walk out without the discount or any paperwork?
Just because they attempted delivery it doesn't mean the goods were paid for. It has been known for a customer to place an order, walk out the store and have goods delivered on an unpaid order.

You have the right to see CCTV images of you and to ask for a copy of them. The organisation must provide them within 40 calendar days of your request, and you may be asked to pay a fee of up to £10 (this is the maximum charge, set by Parliament). This is called a Subject Access Request. You will need to provide details to help the operator to establish your identity as the person in the pictures, and to help them find the images on their system.

Same question. Are you certain you actually paid. To pay you would need the paperwork and it would seem odd to pay £700 then get offered a discount and not at least ask the question where is the refund for the discount offered.

Either way simply giving your details and asking them to look at any orders against your name should show up any orders with payment. If the lady has done a separate order and not given you paperwork obviously there will be no payment against that. But there should still be a payment against the original order the man did.

It would be extremely hard not to notice £700. If youve paid but its not assigned to an order (not really possible as the barcode at the top of the order is used to match payment) the till would show as £700 up.

Only explanations i can think of are your payment is assigned against the original not discounted order (probably would have been delivered). Or a staff member has pulled a fast one and pocketed your £700.
