Problem with TSB website?

yes lloyds maintain tsb systems but not for much longer. there is a new home grown tsb system just about ready - was told in branch they have been doing usability testing on it.

To some extent I would have preferred it to stay as is. I'm so used to the layout/functions of TSB, Lloyd's, BOS, Halifax online banking/apps that everything is incredibly straightforward.

TSB need to beef up the security of their online banking and app.

TSB, has been down for me all day, get to log in stage then goes back to home page.

Hope it is just gremlins in their system and nothing more serious aka Tesco banking which started the same way and turned out that thei system had been compromised.

https://online.tsb.co.uk/personal/logon/login.jsp worked fine for me earlier & still does now

I've had no problems with TSB this week.

TSB is back now but my CC purchases this morning have not shown in the available balance as I would have expected
