Choosing a wall mounted electric radiator

I'm thinking of having an electric radiator installed into a loft bedroom.
Although the house does have central heating the plumbing doesn't go up to the top floor for some reason and since I would only want a single radiator plumbed in it seemed sensible to look at an electric one instead.
The room is a reasonably large 4m * 3m ish and has a ridiculous sloped ceiling which follows the roof, which makes for quite a large space to heat.
How do I choose the right size / wattage to cope with heating the space? There are lots of helpful reviews but I haven't seen anyone saying how big their rooms are.
Follow on question, people seem to like Acova, http://www.screwfix.com/p/acova-tag-200-116-s-wall-mounted-oil-filled-convector-heater-2000w/76782 does anyone have one, and are they any good (cause they're pretty expensive!).
Thanks!
