My dad and I share the same name different middle names. How can I stop his current accounts and details appearing on my credit report?
His previous addresses and one current account are on my report. I've told credit experian but how do I inform other credit agencies.
What are the best practices for this?

An apposite term if ever there was one. I thought this sort of data was keyed on name, address and DoB. Obviously not. CRA "best practice" appears to be name and address only, and guess the rest. From the data processing point of view they are a bunch of circus clowns, if you ask me.
OP - when you've sorted it out you should report Experian to the ICO.0
