RBS payment arrangement noted as late payments in Noddle?!

Hello,
I had an old student overdraft with RBS and had switched bank and therefore had to pay off the balance. I have been doing this for a few months now but in Noddle can see that the code is listed as 'AR' aka arrangement however the status is 'late payment' and the codes show '1' for October, '2' for November and '3' for December with the description for December being: agreed repayments are 3 or more months behind, the account overdraft balance has been greater than your overdraft limit for two to theee months...'
I have made payments on time each month as RBS have checked and can see this. They are not sure why it's being reported as late payments. Should I pursue this further with them? Is this normal that it's being reported as late payments as it's in an arrangement to pay?!
I'm worried that it will continue to show as late again next month and might go to a default?!
Please help!
Thank you

Hello I would really appreciate any experiences/ advice on this. thanks0

If the payments are on time and RBS have stated that they have been then yes of course get it fixed. It looks bad to lenders if you wanted credit. I would be taking it up with RBS/Noddle.
I would also check Experian and Equifax if I was you as the chances are it's being reported late to all of them.0 -
Usually an 'Arrangement to Pay' means that prior to this arrangement you were late (or in default) in making payments hence the arrangement to pay.
Contact RBS and find out if they have already defaulted you.0
