Ok, I'll have another read through. I'm concerned though about ending up having to pay £100 instead of the £60 they've kindly reduced it to if I pay within 14 days.
Why on earth do you think you will be the first person using our template appeals, to lose v Smart? Forget the stupid 14 day bribe and start reading the NEWBIES thread without expecting to find ''your circs'' covered.
You do not need anything except our template appeals, writing as keeper (NOT DRIVER). you cannot pay and appeal so for goodness' sake stop looking at the bribe and just appeal like everyone else here does, and all win v Smart.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
