Fitness band for logging fluid intake

I have a medical condition and have to take tablets and make sure I'm drinking plenty. At the moment I keep track of these things on my phone but I'm looking for a fitness band that I can do this with quickly and easily.
I've looked at some video reviews of Fitbits for example, but they never show how you log your fluid intake and I don't think you can log your tablets.
If I can't find a fitness tracker that can do this, may have to buy a Android Wear watch but don't want to spend much.

I can log fluid intake on my Fitbit Charge HR, you have to add the place via the dashboard.
Can't see about logging tablets but perhaps you could just use the food intake one?0 -

On the fitbit app when you're logging water, there's only 3 "quick adds" 250ml, 500ml and 750ml. Are there any more quick adds on your Fitbit Charge HR?
When you're logging what you've eaten, does it log the time you've eaten it?0 -

Sorry, never used either, it's just that I can. My main use is steps and sleep.0
