Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

• To enter the prize draw entrants must register to receive Footprint Travel Guide’s monthly newsletter.
• To enter the prize draw no purchase is necessary, however by entering this competition, entrants are agreeing to receive emails from Footprint Travel Guides and/or Revealed Travel and/or British Airways. Entrants will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe via all subsequent emails that we send post the prize draw.
• All valid entries will be entered into a prize draw and the winners chosen at random by an independent party. Winners will be notified in writing via the email address they provide on entering the prize draw.
• The prize holiday will be made available by Chile Revealed’s parent company Mercator Enterprises Ltd – trading as Revealed Travel (ABTA Y488X, and ATOL 10528) – with return international flights provided by British Airways.
• The prize draw closes on 20 February 2017. All entries must be received by 11.59pm on 20 February 2017, and the winner will be notified by email no later than 1st March 2017.
• Entrants agree to be bound by all entry instructions of which these terms and conditions form a part.
• Entrants to the competition must be 18 or over but the winner may select a child to accompany them as the other person going on the prize holiday with them (please note that some of the activities forming a part of the prize draw holiday – e.g. may not be suitable for children under the age of 12).
• Unless otherwise agreed, departure for this 13-night prize holiday must be for travel on or after 25 Sept 2017, and the return flight from Chile must depart Santiago no later than 28 April 2018, otherwise the prize will lapse.
• The prize holiday may not be taken during the weeks around the Christmas, New Year and Easter festive periods, or across USA Thanksgiving, and the following prize blackout date ranges: 17 April 2017 to 25 Sept 2017.
• The prize must be claimed and booked by 3 July 2017.
• Availability of the prize holiday for the winner’s requested dates will be subject to flight and hotel availability on those dates.The winner will be responsible for ensuring that everyone travelling will have a valid passport to travel, and/or for their meeting any visa requirements required for their destination.
• The winner is responsible for complying with any inoculation and/or health regulations and requirements that may exist for them to undertake the prize holiday; and for ensuring that all those travelling have adequate travel insurance for the prize holiday in question.
• When undertaking the prize holiday the winner and their travelling partner will be subject to standard Revealed Travel Booking T&Cs see www.chilerevealed.co.uk/booking-terms-conditions.
• Revealed Travel, British Airways and Footprint Travel Guides reserve the right to feature the winner’s name and/or image in marketing material such as but not limited to newsletters, websites and/or social media platforms.
• Only one entry per unique email address.
• Automated/bulk entries and entries from third parties are not permitted.
• The competition is not open to employees of the following companies:- Revealed Travel or Footprint Travel Guides or British Airways.
• There will be no refund in the event of cancellation by the winner.
